Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Naskio for any service or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Naskio provides website creation and AI automation services. The scope, timeline, and price of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are structured as follows:

• →30% at signing: to confirm the project and begin work
• →30% at presentation: upon delivery of the first complete version
• →40% before going live: prior to launch or final handover

Each stage is invoiced separately. Payment is by bank transfer. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Late payment may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Revisions

All projects include two structured revision rounds. Additional revision rounds beyond this are billed at our standard hourly rate, communicated to you before any extra work begins.

5. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver on time and to the agreed standard, you agree to:

• →Provide all required materials (content, images, brand assets) within agreed timelines
• →Review and provide feedback within the timeframes specified in the project proposal
• →Ensure that all materials you supply are owned by you or properly licensed

Delays caused by late delivery of client materials may affect the project timeline. We are not responsible for such delays.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created specifically for your project become your property.

Naskio retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or proprietary code used in the delivery of your project. A non-exclusive licence to use these as part of your deliverable is included.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project. This obligation continues after the project ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

Naskio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the total amount paid by you for that specific project.

9. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of cancellation, you are liable for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

For monthly AI services, 30 days written notice is required to cancel. Payments already made are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
